About Us
CES Trainers is a trusted leader in electronics education, specializing in hands-on training systems that prepare students and professionals for real-world applications. Originally developed to support technical education, CES Trainers has grown into a dedicated division focused on innovation, manufacturing, and product development.
The original company, CES Industries, Inc. based in Long Island, New York, was founded by Norman Nesenoff in the 1970’s and was later managed by his son, CEO Mitchell Nesenoff, into the early 2010’s.
Azimuth Aerospace Solutions acquired CES Industries and the rights to the company’s vast line of training products, moving the company to Rockford, Michigan where manufacturing and a repair facility was established to build and support the thousands of CES trainers in use all over the world. From there, Azimuth Aerospace not only restarted the manufacturing of several popular CES trainers, but also has designed new trainers like the KV920 Aircraft Lighting Systems Lab trainer, the AT429 Digital Databus Lab trainer, and the CES 147 Aircraft Electronics Lab trainer.
Manufacturing was moved to an aircraft hangar in Sparta, Michigan, then quickly had to expand the manufacturing space as the demand for new production trainers grew.
Azimuth Aerospace formed a dedicated division of the company and named it CES Trainers, not only to capture the legacy of the popular line of trainers originally designed by CES Industries, but also to further market the trainers under the CES brand that customers have recognized and loved over the years.
CES Trainers, as a division of Azimuth Aerospace, manufactures numerous trainers used to teach electronics and continues to design and engineer new trainers through its research and development activities.
