AT429 Digital Databus Lab Trainer
The AT429 Digital Databus Lab Trainer provides hands-on instruction in the operation and analysis of digital databuses, specifically ARINC 429. With a rugged design and intuitive interface, the AT429 delivers an essential learning experience for those studying aircraft data transmission and troubleshooting.
AT429 Digital Databus Lab Trainer
The AT429 Digital Databus Lab Trainer is used to teach the theory of operation of digital databuses and how to analyze a databus signal. This trainer can be used with any equipment that produces an ARINC 429 data stream. The AT429 also features a built-in ARINC 429 output that can be used as a source for aircraft airspeed and altitude data. The trainer decodes the data stream into a 32-bit Word and displays each bit logic level with LED’s, allowing the student to learn how the data stream is decoded and converted into usable information.
All CES Trainers feature a self-contained design, eliminating the need for external components or accompanying computer software to run the trainer. Circuit connections from the output to the input are made using banana-style patch cables between test jacks on the face of the trainer. Connecting the trainer to external equipment may require custom connections.
